At Liaquat National Hospital, Drug & Poison Information Centre (DPIC), gives information about the medicines, their usage, drug dilution, dose adjustments as per patient’s age, weight and renal/hepatic functioning etc, side effects, route of administration and proper timing of administration.

DPIC also provides information on prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of poisoning and hazard management.
