Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Sr. Manager Security in overseeing all aspects developing security measures, and ensuring implementation of relevant policies and procedures and security checks
• Secure premises by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• To provide training to all the staff regarding security drills and laid down security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and patients
• Report incidents that may arise within the premises and take remedial measures as per the institutional policies
• Be vigilant and respond to all security concerns from visitors and hospital staff
• Inspect the log of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and stores
• Monitor attendance and duty rosters of security guards and ensure optimal shift coverage round the clock
• Ensure safety of all vehicles in the premises
• Ensure vigilance of staff through electronic devices

Qualifications and Experience:

• Retired from Armed Forces at the rank of JCO or equivalent or a civilian having a Master’s Degree preferably with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Candidates having experience in managing security operations in healthcare setup shall be highly preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory.
