Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sr. Manager Security in overseeing all aspects developing security measures, and ensuring implementation of relevant policies and procedures and security checks
- Secure premises by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- To provide training to all the staff regarding security drills and laid down security procedures.
- Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and patients
- Report incidents that may arise within the premises and take remedial measures as per the institutional policies
- Be vigilant and respond to all security concerns from visitors and hospital staff
- Inspect the log of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and stores
- Monitor attendance and duty rosters of security guards and ensure optimal shift coverage round the clock
- Ensure safety of all vehicles in the premises
- Ensure vigilance of staff through electronic devices
Qualifications and Experience:
- Retired from Armed Forces at the rank of JCO or equivalent or a civilian having a Master’s Degree preferably with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Candidates having experience in managing security operations in healthcare setup shall be highly preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory.
