Key Responsibilities:
Nursing Supervisor is responsible to facilitate clinical activities for
nursing care in assigned units. This includes guiding and assisting Nursing
Staff (and other health care staff as required) in patient care situations,
interpret/implement hospital policies and standards, and ensure effective,
timely and efficient nursing care.
This is a shift job
covering 24 hours for which there is a periodic shift rotation (7.30 am to
03:00 pm, 02:30 pm to 10:00 pm and 09:30 pm to 08:00 am)
Qualifications and Experience:
Post RN BScN or BScN (four years) with at least 5 years clinical
experience in an acute care setting as Senior Nurse or Head Nurse. Should be
registered with PNC. Those having specialization in ICU, ER, additional diploma
in Health management, Certified for BLS, ACLS and ECG will be preferred.
