Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to Manager Legal Affairs:
Job Responsibilities of the Admin Officer will include assisting Manager
Legal Affairs for the following:
To assist in pursuing Staff Disciplinary Cases,
to maintain & manage office mails & filing work, visits to the District
Courts in order to attend cases, to establish liaison with govt. offices in
order to pursue claims of entitled benefits of staff. maintain effective
coordination with all departments of the institution to facilitate and provide
required legal & administrative assistance. Incumbent will also be
responsible to assist Manager Legal Affairs to manage various service contracts
with contractors/vendors for services being provided.
Qualifications and Experience:
Masters or preferably LLB and
at least 3-4 years of legal experience and good Interpersonal Skills
