Senior QA Officer
Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish independently Quality Management System of Clinical and Non Clinical Department.
- Conducts Quality Rounds / Weekly Check List Round
- Assists HOD/ Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager in planning of Departmental Tasks
- Plan and Perform Internal Audit of the department on timely basis.
- Manage and maintain databases for the quality system
- Assign and monitor tasks of QA officers.
- Conduct independent trainings in department.
- Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues
- Timely perform Quality Round, Weekly Check List and Internal Audits
- Timely prepare Internal Audits and Quality Round Reports
- Timely Establish Quality Management Systems Projects
- Identification of new KPI’s and Timely Closure of Departmental Objectives and KPI’s
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS /Pharm-D / M.Sc. (Biochemistry /Microbiology) / Bachelors in Physical Therapy and MBA/MPA/ Internal Audit Course would be considered as an additional qualification. Must have 5-6 years’ experience of Hospital / health Care Setting.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
