Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Principal in the formulation of policies and strategies for the College of Nursing.
• Strategize, implement and evaluate the diverse educational programs offered at the CON.
• Work with the Principal CON in managing the annual admission process of all academic programs.
• Maintain close liaison and correspondence with regulatory bodies
• Assist in designating and evaluating the teaching responsibilities of faculty members.
• Responsible for the management of administrative staff and their performance and for performing other administrative duties of the College
• Conduct lectures as and when assigned.
• Attend Nursing Management Committee meetings and address related matters.
• Ensure that updated teaching and learning pedagogies are being adapted by all the faculties.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MScN with 8-10 years of overall experience in nursing, out of which 3-4 years in a managerial/leadership role .
• Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of teaching experience.
• Experience in nursing academic administration, curriculum development, and the latest teaching methodologies.
• Should be well-versed with the requirement of the regulatory bodies.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Proficiency in using MS Office.
• Valid PNC License.
