TECHNO - FUNCTIONAL ADMINISTRATOR LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Key Responsibilities:
• The Learning Management System Administrator will be responsible for administering, configuring, maintaining, securing, overseeing, support processes and procedures related to the institute’s Learning Management System (LMS) application and environment.
• He/ she will ensure optimization of LMS application performance, user management, backups, troubleshooting, documenting the operation, investigating and resolving LMS application and server environment errors.
• He/ she will facilitate communication with the campus community as appropriate.
• The Learning Management System Administrator will collaborate and work with IT areas and/or third-party services, faculty and instructional support to establish policies, processes and procedures related to maintenance, update, upgrade, integration and development of the LMS application and environment.
• He/ she will maintain oversees relationships with related vendors and host providers.
• He/ she will assist Department of Health Professions Education Team Leader for Online Learning and LNMC with setting and complying with policies and recommendations related to distance learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors in Computer Science (BSCS/ BECS/ BCS/ BCIT) or equivalent with 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in administration, development and customization of a Content Management System or Learning Management System in an enterprise/ educational environment. He/ she should have good interpersonal and communication skills, should be knowledgeable about various IT database including HTML, PHP, Javascript/ JQuery, and CSS.
