Key Responsibilities:
- • Coordinate with the patients for any outstanding amount before their discharge from the hospital or at the time of LAMA or expiry.
- • Check the private admitted patient list, update the recovery record/ward visit/issue notice slips and recover the amount according to the commitment at the time of admission or days before issuing the notice slip and outstanding running bill.
- • Brief and counsel the family about the daily expenditures/billing details according to the wards/ICU/HDU/OT expenditures.
- • Brief the family about the surgery expenditures of operation and recover the surgery expenses, before stamping the patient’s file.
- • Responsible for shifting, applying cash medicine/cash labs, or security arrangements of the patient.
- • Responsible for incident reporting/report writing/data updating of private patients.
- • Any other task(s) as assigned by the Supervisor/HOD from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- • Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- • Good communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- • Should be proficient at the use of MS Office
