Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will report to Director HR & will be responsible for ongoing training needs assessment of employees/trainees , developing and conducting related training programs to enhance their skills & competencies, and will take on special projects/assignments as per institutional needs as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Should hold an MBA or equivalent qualification from a well reputed institution with 8 to 10 years work experience in Training & Development department in a reputable organization preferably in the service sector, with progressively higher responsibilities over the course of time. Incumbent needs to have good communication skills and be proficient at use of MS Office. Work experience in the health sector will be an advantage.
