Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare data analysis of all courses and training workshops organized by RSDC.
- Facilitate the implementation of quality assurance processes for RSDC, ensuring compliance with established standards and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate documentation of course completions for doctors, nurses, and other participants.
- Verify training records as part of the clearance process for employees, especially during separation or transition.
- Prepare comprehensive schedules for interdepartmental training workshops.
- Submit proposed schedules to the Head of Department (HOD) for review, adjustments, and final approval.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and easily retrievable records for all training sessions conducted by RSDC, including attendance sheets, course materials etc
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure availability of training resources such as printed materials, certificates, AHA books, and technical equipment.
- Assist the HOD in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional activities for RSDC training programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidate should hold at least a Master’s degree with at least 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
