Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase requisitions based on consumption trends and user requirements.
- Receive stocks and update the system while ensuring proper storage and placement of the stock.
- Issue stocks to the users following the FIFO method and update the system
- Ensure the accuracy of stocks by conducting regular counting and checking.
- Prepare and update monthly sheets for near-expiry / nonrunning items and collaborate with the Purchase Department to settle them
- Closely coordinate with the user departments, as well as with the Purchase Department to maintain adequate inventory.
- Maintain and update records.
- Manage and supervise the relevant staff.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA Supply Chain/ M.com/ Pharm-D or equivalent qualification with at least 3-4 years of related work experience.
- Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems EBS/Dynamics/SAP etc.
- Must have experience of working in large scale stores / warehouses from reputable organization.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
