Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Supervise and oversee content development and distribution across various channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze data according to marketing strategies, track campaign effectiveness, and continuous implementation of methods to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrative managers both clinical and non -clinical, and other associated customers to achieve business and market objectives.
- Remain current with the latest healthcare marketing trends, current health care practices, and customer requirements.
- Maintain and enhance progressive mindset in accordance to brand reputation and capable work with unconventional approach.
- Design and implement patient engagement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives
- Manage inaugurations, launches and other marketing campaigns through digital and conventional marketing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications platforms
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field with 8 to 10 years of proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in managerial role preferably in healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communications and leadership skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications and marketing software and tools.
