Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be
responsible for ensuring timely hirings
in coordination with concerned HODs, coordinate annual performance and appraisal for salary increase, processing
promotions recommendations, and to assist Manager Staffing/Director HR in
special assignments. Incumbent will be responsible to supervise 2 to 3 HR Officers
and will facilitate to ensure the timely & effective completion of their
assigned responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
Incumbent should have MBA/MPA or equivalent qualifications with 5 to 6 years related work experience including at least 2 years at a Supervisory level. He/she should have good communication skills in English and Urdu, good work knowledge of HR work processes and familiar with disciplinary processes and legal matters. He/She should have excellent computer proficiency at use of MS Office, be a good team player , have good interpersonal skills to build rapport with peers and Department Heads, and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS.
