Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all processes contributing to the performance of clinical / administration departments are conducted properly.
- Manage and maintain databases for the quality system.
- Conduct and prepare internal audits, Weekly Check list, internal audit reports and quality trending reports.
- Report the status of the quality levels of staff, systems and production activities.
- Reporting quality events, incidents, queries, and complaints.
- Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues.
- Document and perform internal audits on timely basis.
- Utilize guidance documents, international standards, or consensus standards and interpret for guidance.
- Communicate any critical compliance risks noted from these activities to senior management
- Timely perform Quality Round, Check List and Internal Audits
- Timely prepare Internal Audits and Quality Round Reports
- Timely Establish Quality Management Systems Projects
- Timely conduct Customer Feedbacks and prepare data analysis
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS /Pharm-D / M.Sc. (Biochemistry /Microbiology) / Bachelors in Physical Therapy and MBA/MPA/ Internal Audit Course would be considered as an additional qualification. Must have 1-2 years’ experience of Hospital / health Care Setting.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
