Key Responsibilities:

  • Process the hiring of suitably qualified individuals for the assigned departments.
  • Screen and shortlist applications and arrange interviews.
  • Prepare employee records and files including hiring documents.
  • Maintain and update manpower status.
  • Prepare employment references.
  • Assist in the process of annual appraisals and staff promotions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent qualification with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Must be a team player  
  • Experience with Oracle EBS.
