Key Responsibilities:
- Process the hiring of suitably qualified individuals for the assigned departments.
- Screen and shortlist applications and arrange interviews.
- Prepare employee records and files including hiring documents.
- Maintain and update manpower status.
- Prepare employment references.
- Assist in the process of annual appraisals and staff promotions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent qualification with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must be a team player
- Experience with Oracle EBS.
