Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to answer Phone calls, taking message and handling correspondence and redirect them where necessary. Manage daily/ weekly/ monthly agenda and arrange meeting and appointments.
- File and update contact information of employees, and other departments and maintain confidentiality of documents. Update Master record of Department on time basis.
- Facilitate the HOD-QA in arranging meetings and preparing and disseminating correspondence, meeting minutes and forms.
- Maintain and compile reports and activity logs of Department e.g. weekly activity Log.
- Check frequently levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Facilitate and coordinate with other teams during 5th ICPS Pre-conference workshops and Main conference & training.
- Any other work activity assigned by HOD
Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidate should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of related work experience. Those having an interest in Quality Assurance or Health Care Management and / or any courses pursed in this field will be preferred.
- Should be proficient at the use of MS-Office.
- Communications and interpersonal skills.
