Key Responsibilities:

  • • Ensure that outstanding payments/dues are settled before the patient is discharged from the hospital or at the time of LAMA or expiry.
  • • Deal patients with outstanding and “care of” cases and coordinate for timely recovery of dues.
  • • Address patients/attendants queries and negotiate payoff deadlines/payment plans
  • • Maintain a complete record of outstanding payments and update HOD
  • • Ensure that the patients/attendants are briefed about the daily hospital expenditures / running bill details.
  • • Report incidents, write an incident report, and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution of the matter.
  • • Any other task(s) as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • • MBA/MPA/M.Com or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of experience in cash recovery and/or accounts management.
  • • Good communications, interperonsal and negotiation skills
  • • Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.
