Key Responsibilities:

• Timely & accurate measuring and documentation of patient’s vital signs, intake and output, and report timely to supervisor in case of any abnormality detected for assigned patients.
• Timely & accurate medication and recording of notes in patient’s files.
• Effective handing over and taking over of assigned patients.
• Cleanliness & hygiene of assigned patients and bedside.
• Courteous and caring behavior towards patients and their family members.
• Visit assigned patients at periodic intervals during the shift to ensure timely patient care and monitoring patient’s health condition.
• Ensure effective use of EMR to monitor/record nursing care for assigned patients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Post RN BSc. N/ BSc. N (four years)/ Diploma in Nursing (with 2 to 3 yrs. with hands-on experience). One year specialization course specific sub-specialty.
• Candidates Certified for BLS, ACLS, Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Technique, I/V Cannulation will be preferred.
• Should be registered with PNC.
• This is a shift job covering 24 hours for which there is a periodic shift rotation.
