Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will report to the Deputy Manager of Employee Relations & will be responsible for ongoing activities of the department which include timely processing of separations, assisting with disciplinary issues in coordination with the concerned HODs, monitoring attendance and absence of staff on the biometric attendance system, processing leave applications, Checking & Verifying overtime work done in various departments through Bio Metric Attendance and analyzing reasons for the same, monitoring staff High Absences during probationary /Confirmation of staff for appropriate action taken.
Qualifications and Experience:
Should hold an MBA/MPA/MAS or equivalent qualifications, preferably with related experience for about 2 to 3 years, have good communication skills in English & Urdu, and be proficient at the use of MS Office.
