Assistant Manager Housekeeping (Clinical):
House Keeping
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the supervisors / housekeeping officers on their day to day work operations.
- Evaluate the performance of supervisors / housekeeping officers and report accordingly.
- Regular monitoring of the areas to inspect cleanliness standards.
- Oversee the performance of the team to ensure it remains at an optimal level.
- Coordinate with other departments & wards’ In-charge/Supervisors to ensure proper allocation of staff.
- Responsible for preparing duty rosters & daily shift arrangement of staff.
- To ensure that SOPs and policies are functional and properly followed.
- To assist HOD for the implementation of Organizational goals and to maintain discipline.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters, preferably MBA in Healthcare Management with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry.
- Excessive knowledge of Cleaning methods, infection control, occupational health and safety
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Should be able to work in given conditions and in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
- Should be able to handle highly diversified and heterogeneous workforce.
