Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for working with
supervisor for ongoing day to day activities in coordination with concerned
HODs which will include hiring, arranging interviews, preparing files of new
employees, processing end of probation performance assessment, annual salary
increase, promotions, fortnightly reports, maintaining statistics etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
Should hold an MBA/MPA/MAS or equivalent
qualifications, preferably with related experience for about 2 to 3 years, have
good communication skill in English & Urdu, and be proficient at use of MS
Office.
