COMPLAINT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the complaints , providing prompt services and counseling..
  • Coordinate and arrange meeting with the concerned area Manager/HOD .
  • Listen and understand the complaint properly and resolve them in an appropriate manner.
  • To ensure the authenticity of the complaint raised and take actions as per hospital policy.
  • Maintain and update complaint record, departmental records and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Dispatch the complaint to the concerned department.
  • Follow-up the complaints for replies.
  • Visit the Patient for satisfaction and follow-up till discharge.
  • Develop the professional relation and restore the level of trust on hospital staff
  • Responsible for updating lost and found suggestion box record.
  • Any other task as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate preferably in Social Sciences or BBA, with 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Should have good communication and counseling skills.
  • Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
