Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor in day-to-day activities related to the purchase
  • Prepare comparative statements
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers for delivery
  • Update and maintain records
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and documentation
  • Assist supervisor in supplier sourcing
  • Follow up with relevant Departments for routine matters
  • Perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate with preferably 01 to 02 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel. Those having ERP experience will be preferred.
