Obstetrics And Gynaecology
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and type letters, notices, memos, meeting minutes, and other documents accurately
- Prepares and distributes duty rosters to different sections or departments.
- Process leave applications and maintain leave records of faculty and postgraduate trainees.
- Assist in arranging logistics for CMEs, Workshops, and conferences and to collaborate with sponsors.
- Act as liaison between the department and other departments for correspondence
- Distribute mail to the respective recipients.
- Prepare indents for stationary and other consumable items as required
- Maintain ISO records for Gynae Office, Ward, Labor Room, HDU, Private Ward, Daycare, OPD and OT
- Performs other related duties as assigned by HOD
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Should be Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (MS Word/MS Excel/MS Outlook/PowerPoint )
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
