Senior Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative activities of the department.
- Assist in preparing the examination papers and in arranging logistics for the exam.
- Provide administrative and logistic support in various workshops and courses organized by the department.
- Maintain and update physical and digital records and documentation.
- Liaise with the Marketing Department for advertisement and promotional material.
- Maintain inventory of office items and order supplies when necessary.
- Assist in developing the budget for the department and tracking expenses.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/ M.Com/ MPA/ MAS or equivalent qualification with at least 6-7 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Effective communication, interpersonal & supervisory skills
- Must be a team player and ability to work in collaboration with other team members.
