ADMIN OFFICER - SENIOR CITIZEN PRIMARY CARE UNIT

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a seamless service at primary care for elderly unit through coordination with different departments and extended members of the multi-disciplinary teams.
- Responsible for maintenance of equipment in clinical & daycare area.
- Make marketing strategies & coordinate with marketing department for on-going promotion of service.
- Make daily plan of activities in coordination with concerned specialties.
- Effectively communicate with attendants of elderly patients to explain care & scope of service.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions that relate to other staff working at the unit are followed.
- Perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Should have MBA/MPA or equivalent qualifications, preferable with 2 to 3 years of related work experience.
- Good communication, management and leadership skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency at use of MS Office.
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills.
