Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sending RFQ (request for quotation) and preparing comparative statements.
  • Updating and maintaining proper filing, records of all orders, and received stock.
  • Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
  • Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location on time.
  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Any other task assigned by HOD.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate with preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel. Oracle ERP experience will be considered as an added advantage.
