Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sending RFQ (request for quotation) and preparing comparative statements.
- Updating and maintaining proper filing, records of all orders, and received stock.
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location on time.
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Any other task assigned by HOD.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate with preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel. Oracle ERP experience will be considered as an added advantage.
