Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to Director HR, incumbent will be responsible for managing the Staffing activities in Human Resource. This will include managing recruitment/hiring of staff, faculty and trainees in coordination with HODs; timely processing of End of Probation/ End of Contract appraisals, preparing job descriptions for staff/ trainees/faculty annual performance appraisal salary increase, faculty and staff promotions, special assignments, preparing reports  & statistics pertaining to HR activities. Applicant should have updated work knowledge of other HR work functions which would be an advantage, and experience of working on ERP, preferably Oracle EBS.

Qualifications and Experience:

Should hold an MBA or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with HR functions & related work processes He/she should have 8 to 10 years related work experience at a management level at successively higher level of responsibilities including 3 to 4 years at a supervisory level. Incumbent needs to have good communication skills and interpersonal skills, & be able to work as a team player and also develop the team professionally and be proficient at use of MS Office. Incumbent should have good leadership & supervisory skills to develop team members. Should be familiar with quality management concepts.
