Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receivables, refunds, deposits (for reference letters), delivery fees, and consultant charges, ensuring proper monitoring and coordination.
- Prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly aging reports for patient receivables.
- Compile reports on financial assistance provided to eligible patients in need.
- Maintain patient income records and journal vouchers.
- Assist in preparing monthly receipt and payments report.
- Manage financial and accounting activities for imports and generate reports for audits.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidate should be MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ACCA qualified / CA (part qualified) with 2-4 years’ related work experience.
- Should be proficient at the use of MS Office and experience on Oracle (financial module).
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
