Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various social media channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design comprehensive yet innovative advertisements to promote Hospital services, clinics, procedures and institutions for maximum conversion.
- Compose and execute the monthly content calendar on the basis of research and analysis of digital marketing trends and and hospital’s requirement for Social Media Channels. Makes Ad Sets on Facebook and manages everyday postings and creative work and share it with HOD.
- Coordinate and develop effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to LNH website.
- Spearhead innovative features like vlogging and Podcast along with creative team to widen to horizons of digital marketing approach.
- Participate in the ongoing projects in the Marketing Department which includes different campaigns, events, CSR activities, and inaugurations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing
- Certification in Digital Media Marketing is preferred.
- Proven lead generation experience with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as SMM ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
