Assistant Manager - HR Policies & Projects

Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for working with Director HR for ongoing day to day activities related to HR Policies & Projects i.e. assist DHR in preparing & updating HR policies/handbooks, prepare policy related circulars, maintain statistics related HR work activities, prepare reports, prepares Job Descriptions , and work on special assignments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Incumbent should have MBA/MPA or equivalent with 5 to 6 years related work experience including 2 years at a Supervisory level. He/she should have good communication skills in English and Urdu, good work knowledge of HR work processes and concepts, excellent computer proficiency at use of MS Office, be a good team player and have good interpersonal skills to build rapport with peers and Department Heads.
