MANAGER IT INFRASTRUCTURE & NETWORK

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, manage and improve the performance of IT Infrastructure and Network to ensure stable, efficient and secure IT Services & Operations in LNH.
- Manage the installation, configuration, support and maintenance services for the LNH IT infrastructure and network.
- Manage and provide direction to the team responsible for operating IT Infrastructure and network.
- Manage and ensure performance, security and life cycle of servers, storage, network devices, firewall, anti-virus, EDR, backups, email servers, domain controller, proxy server and Data Center.
- Ensure the Network/Infrastructure team provides Installation, upgrades, maintenance and performance monitoring of servers, Networks and network components.
- Manage projects, establish priorities, maintenance, design and up gradation of infrastructure & networks, implementations and enhancements.
- Manage and ensure optimal operation of wireless networks and network hardware including Access Points (Wi-Fi), MPLS Routers & sites, Core, Distribution, Access switches, VPN & Internet connectivity.
- Establish budgetary requirements, analyze products, manage Service Level Agreements, negotiate with vendors & conduct Purchase committee for IT Products and services.
- Ensure the Service Desk has the information to carry out their routine operational activities and that appropriate procedures are prepared and maintained.
- Ensure that all systems are running effectively on the servers and network.
- Ensure that application and information security requirements are met at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent education from a recognized Institution with 10-12 years of relevant experience, out of which 5 to 6 years in a managerial role, in a large organization, preferably in a healthcare setup.
- Certifications in networks/information security would be an advantage
- Should have Good knowledge of all aspects of wired and wireless networks, network protocols (including TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP), network installation, configuration and performance, and remote access technologies.
- Should have good knowledge of industry-standard backup and archive solutions.
- Should be able to implement disaster recovery methodologies
- Should have good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
