Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance and implementation of institutional policies and procedures.
- Compile and provide daily reports about the availability of beds in critical units/the number of mortalities/patient inflow and outflow.
- Address and resolve administrative issues related to patients/attendants in consultation with healthcare practitioners and administrative departments.
- Maintain close liaison with HOD Security to handle conflict-like situations or emergencies.
- Report all important matters to the Director Administration daily
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferably a Master’s Degree in Healthcare/Business Administration or equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a hospital setup.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and difficult situations.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
