Administrative Officer
Family Medicine
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Moodle, including creating user IDs and uploading course content, videos, and assignments for departmental courses.
- Collaborate with administrative and non-clinical support services to organize logistics for skill workshops.
- Coordinate with course participants and other departments for clinical rotations.
- Registering participants for courses.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to promote course offerings.
- Assist instructors conduct online sessions and create content for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Liaison with the IT Department to resolve LMS issues.
- Coordinating online exams with IT.
- Manage and track data for academic courses, undergraduate teaching, postgraduate training, and clinic volumes.
- Organize CMEs, meetings, and departmental events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/MPA or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. A Master’s Degree or MBA in Hospital/Health Care Management will be preferred.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience preferably in a tertiary care hospital.
- Good supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency in the use of MS Office.
