Key Responsibilities:
• MBA / Masters (Managements Sciences).
• Minimum 01 to 02 years of relevant work experience preferably with Health Care Management background.
• Have Good Communication, Time Management & Customer dealing skills in English & Urdu, be proficient at use of MS Office.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Reporting to Head of Outreach Services and will be responsible for Appointment booking and Coordination of home visits of Doctors, Nurses, physiotherapists and other staff.
• Be an active team member to coordinate post discharge home care plan of patients admitted in hospital along with other members of clinical care team.
• Maintain proper documentation and data of home health care services.
