Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely maintenance of departmental box files subject to minutes of meetings, email, audit reports, checklists, non-conformances, and trainings.
  • Maintain the feedback records including QA Department, Wards and OPDs.
  • Responsible for conduct feedbacks as required, also responsible for data entry.
  • Facilitates in vendors’ visits by Purchase Department.
  • Assist in developing trend analysis of Customer feedback and Non-conformances.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Responsible for Purchase requisitions (CAPEX & ODR)
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Responsible for Photocopy and printout documents on behalf of other colleagues
  • Responsible for Copy, binding and scanning of training manuals.
  • Must remain professional and courteous to all employees
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
