Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely maintenance of departmental box files subject to minutes of meetings, email, audit reports, checklists, non-conformances, and trainings.
- Maintain the feedback records including QA Department, Wards and OPDs.
- Responsible for conduct feedbacks as required, also responsible for data entry.
- Facilitates in vendors’ visits by Purchase Department.
- Assist in developing trend analysis of Customer feedback and Non-conformances.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Responsible for Purchase requisitions (CAPEX & ODR)
- Resolve administrative problems
- Responsible for Photocopy and printout documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Responsible for Copy, binding and scanning of training manuals.
- Must remain professional and courteous to all employees
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
