HR OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:
- Process the hiring of suitably qualified people for the assigned departments.
- Screen and shortlist applications and arrange interviews in coordination with the HOD
- Generate employee records and employee files and prepare related hiring documents.
- Assist in hiring of senior management and faculty positions.
- Maintain and update manpower status
- Prepare employment references.
- Prepare fortnightly reports for Hirings and Probations
- Assist in the process of annual appraisals and salary increments
- Assist in the process of staff promotions.
- Perform any other task given by the supervisor/HOD from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/MPA in HR or equivalent qualification with 2 to 3 years related work experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Experience with Oracle EBS
