Key Responsibilities:

  • Process the hiring of suitably qualified people for the assigned departments.
  • Screen and shortlist applications and arrange interviews in coordination with the HOD
  • Generate employee records and employee files and prepare related hiring documents.
  • Assist in hiring of senior management and faculty positions.
  • Maintain and update manpower status
  • Prepare employment references.
  • Prepare fortnightly reports for Hirings and Probations
  • Assist in the process of annual appraisals and salary increments
  • Assist in the process of staff promotions.
  • Perform any other task given by the supervisor/HOD from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA/MPA in HR or equivalent qualification with 2 to 3 years related work experience.
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Oracle EBS
