Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dealing with released cases with general outstanding and C/O cases and monitoring timely communication for recovery from C/O and general outstanding cases.
  • Responsible for safety of Lockers kept for safe custody of surety documents such as Original Documents of Property, Vehicle & CNIC etc. as per defined policy.
  • Handle customers' queries and negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
  • Keep complete track of outstanding payments.
  • Plan course of action to recover payments from patient attendants.
  • Update account status and database regularly.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA / MPA / M.com from a reputable institution with a minimum of 02 to 03 years of experience in Cash recovery and Accounts management.
  • Candidates should have Good Communications skills and negotiation skills.
  • Should be proficient at use of MS Office.
