HR Officer - HR Policies & Projects Department

Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for assisting Supervisor/ Director HR for ongoing day to day activities related to HR Policies & Projects including:
- • preparing policy drafts including data gathering, net search and other information required.
- • Updating the Handbooks/Policy Statements for any policy related changes & maintaining records.
- • Special assignments given by Director HR.
- • Working on identified projects/ assignments / policies for institutional development.
- • Reviewing applications/CVs received for faculty positions at LNH and coordinating with HODs for feedback from Department.
- • Maintaining updated status for faculty members onboard vs positions approved & vacant positions.
- • Preparing fortnightly reports for faculty members being hired and those due for end of probation and end of contract.
- • Timely identifying faculty due for end of probation and end of contract & preparing required appraisal forms & coordinating with DHR to send to HOD for appraisal.
- • Preparing appointment letters and files for newly hired faculty members.
- • Preparing & maintaining statistics for various work activities being carried out by the Department.
Qualifications and Experience:
Incumbent should have MBA/MPA or equivalent with 2 to 3 years related work experience. He/she should have good communication skills in English and Urdu, good work knowledge of HR work processes and concepts, excellent computer proficiency at use of MS Office, be a good team player, have good interpersonal skills and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS. Incumbent should have good writing skills & presentation skills in English and Urdu.
