ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Outreach Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of the operation of non-clinical services including housekeeping, electrical, engineering, security, and BME.
- Liaison with the administration and support services at the LNH Main Campus to resolve requests and queries related to outreach staff and center.
- Update daily patient log.
- Gather feedback forms from the center and enter them into the system.
- Process authorization and indent of instruments and other items required for the Outreach Clinics as requested by the Outreach Staff and Doctors after approval of HOD Outreach.
- Monitor and ensure proper cleaning as per infection control protocol in the assigned center.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
