Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Post content on social media platforms in synchronization with other channels like Whatsapp, Website and conventional marketing methods.
- Coordinate with the creative team to create messages on behalf of LNH.
- Handle responses on social media channels and send customer feedback to the relevant department.
- Assist in videos/photographs for different services and clinics as part of social media campaigns.
- Collect data from digital marketing platforms for traffic growth, engagement, and other key metrics.
- Use analytical tools to identify trends and provide recommendations for content or strategy adjustments.
- Maintain a content library, organize digital assets, and coordinate meetings or reviews.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferably Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Communication / Mass Communication or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
