HR OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
- Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Incumbent will be responsible for working on ongoing day to day activities related to HR including hiring and Performance Management.
- Perform any other task as assigned by Supervisor from time to time as per the need of the department
Qualifications and Experience:
- Incumbent should have MBA/MPA or equivalent with 2 to 3 years related work experience.
- He/she should have good communication skills in English and Urdu, good work knowledge of HR work processes and concepts.
- Excellent computer proficiency at use of MS Office.
- Good team player, good interpersonal skills and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS
