PATIENTS AFFAIRS OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure recovery of the outstanding payment from the private patients before their discharge from the hospital or at the time of LAMA or expiry.

• Deal patients with outstanding and “care of” cases and coordinate for timely recovery of dues.

• Ensure that lockers meant for keeping the surety documents such as Original Documents of Property, Vehicle & CNIC, etc are safe and secure.

• Address patients/attendants queries and negotiate payoff deadlines/payment plans.

• Maintain a complete record of outstanding payments and update HOD.

• Ensure that the patients/attendants are briefed about the daily hospital expenditures / running bill details.

• Report incidents, write an incident report, and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution of the matter.

• Any other task(s) as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA/MPA/M.Com or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of experience in cash recovery and/or accounts management.

• Good communications, interperonsal and negotiation skills.

• Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.
