MANAGER PAYROLL

Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will report to Director HR and will be responsible for ensuring timely processing & checking of the monthly payroll including earnings/deductions, overtime payments, loan repayments, statutory payments, & prepare reports for the same, maintaining readily available records, ensuring timely completion of work as per standard protocol. This will include:
• Overseeing and supervising the organizations payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations and LNH Polices.
• Implementing, maintaining and reviewing payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Facilitating audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
• Identifying and recommending updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
• Special assignments pertaining to Payroll, HR budgets & other functions of HR with Director HR or independently as assigned.
• Timely processing of final settlement of dues for employees separating from the Institution.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Should hold an MBA/ACCA or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with Payroll processing.
• He/she should have 8 to 10 years related work experience at a management level at successively higher level of responsibilities.
• Incumbent needs to have good communication skills,
• be proficient at use of MS excel,
• have good numerical analysis skills and ability to handle large data on computer.
• Proficient at use of ERP Software
