Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to Coordinate MBBS integrated module development
• Participate in curriculum design, review and evaluation.
• Assist and facilitate faculty development sessions
• Review and develop learning materials such as handouts, and feedback forms
• Facilitate and coordinate examination processes (MBBS, residency, physiotherapy and nursing entrance exams, nurse hiring test)
• Assist in conducting research in HPE
• Any other work activity assigned by HOD.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidate should hold at least an MBBS degree with 2-3 years of experience teaching modular programs of basic sciences /or clinical sciences in medical colleges. Preference will be given to those who have a Certificate in Health Professions Education (CHPE) or are enrolled in a Master’s in Health Professions Education (MHPE).
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Must be a team player and ability to work in collaboration with other team members.
• Should be proficient in the use of MS Office.
• Effective communication and supervisory skills.
