Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle the complaints as per the set guidelines.
  • Forward complaints to concerned departments and follow up for feedback.
  • Maintain and update records and documents.
  • Coordinate with the complainant and relevant parties until the complaint is resolved.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Must have good communication, counselling and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
