Complaint Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle the complaints as per the set guidelines.
- Forward complaints to concerned departments and follow up for feedback.
- Maintain and update records and documents.
- Coordinate with the complainant and relevant parties until the complaint is resolved.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Must have good communication, counselling and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
