Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to answer Phone calls, taking message and handling correspondence and redirect them where necessary. Manage daily/ weekly/ monthly agenda and arrange meeting and appointments.
  • File and update contact information of employees, and other departments and maintain confidentiality of documents. Update Master record of Department on time basis.
  • Facilitate the HOD-QA in arranging meetings and preparing and disseminating correspondence, meeting minutes and forms.
  • Maintain and compile reports and activity logs of Department e.g. weekly activity Log.
  • Check frequently levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with other teams during 5th ICPS Pre-conference workshops and Main conference & training.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Should be proficient at the use of MS-Office.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
