SECRETARY
General Surgery
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.
- Prepare letters, reports, memo and forms and review them with the HOD
- Establish and maintain a record-keeping system for files, contacts, and employee directory
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Coordinate with other departments for meetings/ or other administrative assistance as directed by the HOD
- Responds to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by HOD
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Should be Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (MS Word/MS Excel/MS Outlook/PowerPoint )
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
