Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files and records both in physical and electronic formats.
- Draft letters, IOM, and Circulars and maintain records.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Coordinate and assist in meetings
- Receive and dispatch documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the department.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
