Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office files and records both in physical and electronic formats.
  • Draft letters, IOM, and Circulars and maintain records.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Coordinate and assist in meetings
  • Receive and dispatch documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
