Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the designated section in the Purchase department.
  • Facilitate the processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Oversee the performance of the team to ensure it remains at an optimal level.
  • Ensure to remain updated regarding market’s current situations.
  • Explore and broaden the supplier network.
  • Maintain and update information on suppliers.
  • Analyze quarterly and annual data to assess purchasing requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA in Supply Chain or equivalent education with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel. ERP working experience will be an added advantage.
