Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the designated section in the Purchase department.
- Facilitate the processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Oversee the performance of the team to ensure it remains at an optimal level.
- Ensure to remain updated regarding market’s current situations.
- Explore and broaden the supplier network.
- Maintain and update information on suppliers.
- Analyze quarterly and annual data to assess purchasing requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in Supply Chain or equivalent education with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Should be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel. ERP working experience will be an added advantage.
